The consolidation includes the Environmental Protection Act as amended. Project permit conditions can be stricter than the Act. Fifth Schedule fine bands are natural-person bands, with a proviso that doubles corporate fine bands. Corporate imprisonment wording in that proviso is anomalous and is not applied automatically.
