The June 2025 half-yearly guideline is administrative guidance under the Act. It asks for procurement, employment, capacity development and a comparative view, in Excel and PDF. It is not a separate criminal statute. Its individual false-submission figure of GYD 1,000,000 conflicts with enacted section 23(1).
Applies to. Defined contractors, subcontractors and licensees preparing plans and half-yearly reports.
Verification. Use the enacted Act for offence amounts. Version each template. Weekend and holiday handling follows the current guideline.
