Controls, not conclusions
Third-party review, gifts and hospitality approvals, and sanctions screening are recorded as controls with owners and due dates. An overdue control is an exception in the programme. It is not an allegation that bribery or a sanctions breach occurred.
Screening matches go to a person. Restricted notes are hidden from executive and general workspace roles. January 2025 and June 2025 changes in US enforcement policy do not repeal the statute.
